01 Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Saki Studio (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Saki Studio is an independent, personal project run by an individual — not a registered company.
02 The service
Saki Studio is a hosted workflow that drives an AI coding agent through a product pipeline — PRD → prototype → autonomous build, QA, and code review — inside an isolated cloud sandbox. The Service provides the hosting, the sandbox isolation, and the workflow. It does not provide or resell model tokens; those come from your own model provider key (see §4).
03 Accounts & eligibility
- You sign in with Google. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract.
- Access during the private beta is limited and may be granted, throttled, or revoked at our discretion.
04 Bring-your-own-key
- You supply your own API key for a supported model provider (e.g. Anthropic, or a supported budget provider). You are responsible for your provider's own terms and for all token/usage costs your key incurs.
- The Service does not mark up, resell, or bundle model tokens. Your subscription pays for the platform and workflow only.
- You must have the right to use the key you connect, and you must not connect a key you're not authorized to use.
- How we handle and protect your key is described in our Privacy Policy.
05 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to build or run anything unlawful, infringing, or that violates a third party's rights.
- Attempt to access another user's sandbox, data, or key, or to break sandbox isolation.
- Probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, or circumvent usage limits, billing, or security controls.
- Use the Service to generate malware, spam, or content that violates your model provider's usage policies.
06 Your content & ownership
- You retain all rights to the specs, prompts, source code, and build artifacts you create with the Service ("Your Content"). We claim no ownership of Your Content.
- You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit Your Content only as needed to operate the Service for you.
- You're responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use any inputs you provide.
07 Subscription & billing
- The Service is offered on a paid monthly subscription, billed through Stripe; the current price is shown at checkout. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. A run only starts if your subscription is active.
- Model token costs are billed by your model provider directly to your key — never by us.
08 Beta & availability
The Service is offered as a private beta, "as is" and "as available", and may change, break, or be discontinued. We don't guarantee any uptime, availability, or specific build outcome during the beta, and AI-generated output may contain errors — review it before you rely on it.
09 Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), your chosen model provider (via your key), and cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we're not responsible for them.
10 Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for lost profits or data, or for model provider token costs, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
11 Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sandbox contents and in-memory keys are destroyed on teardown as described in the Privacy Policy.
12 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the courts located in Indonesia — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.
13 Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and continued use means you accept the update. Questions about these Terms? Contact saki@saketek.id.
